Which number do the SMS come from?
From a Moroccan 06 number. Every message starts with your shop name so the customer recognises it. A custom sender name is coming [soon].
What if the customer doesn't reply?
A reminder goes out after [2] h. With still no reply, the order moves to “No reply” and you decide whether to call.
Can I write the message in Darija?
Yes, in Latin or Arabic letters. The editor shows how many SMS the message uses.
How do I top up my balance?
From [200] MAD, by [PAYMENT METHODS]. The balance never expires.
