Delivery status
Follow a message from queued to its final state.

Returns the message with its current status:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
queued | Accepted and debited, waiting for a SIM. |
sent | Handed to the mobile network. |
delivered | The phone received it. [Depends on delivery reports from the gateway, not available yet] |
failed | Not sent after all retries. The cost is refunded. |
Instead of polling, set callback_url or a webhook to receive events.
