Balance and top-ups
One prepaid balance in MAD pays for every message.
Your account has one balance in Moroccan dirhams. Each accepted message is debited from it; a message that finally fails is refunded. The balance never expires.

When the balance reaches 0, new messages are refused with 402 until you top up. Every response to POST /v1/messages returns the balance left, so you can warn yourself before that happens.
Amounts in the API are strings with two decimals ("12.40"), always in MAD.
